Return Policy Damaged merchandise must be reported within three days of receipt for an exchange. If after the three day period you are still not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund returns, minus shipping (in original undamaged packing) within 7 days. For merchandise with free shipping, the buyer is responsible for actual cost of shipping. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from final refunded amount. A restocking fee of 20 percent shall apply. Very rarely it may be possible that an item will be out of stock, in which case refunds may be given. No refunds without prior approval. A customer RA number must be issued before we can except any return. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Shipping insurance for your return packages is strongly advised.. No refunds will be issued beyond 3 days of time of receipt. We ship USA only.
All damaged product must be reported to Customer Service within 7 calendar days from the time of receipt. Our policy is to issue a damage call tag. All original packaging materials must be saved in order to process a claim of damages. Once we receive the damaged item we will send a replacement item.
**DISCREPANCIES, SHORTAGES AND ERRORS**
All discrepancies, shortages and errors must be reported within 7 calendar days from the time of receipt. Please contact Customer Service department to open a trouble ticket. Notification of further proceedings will be determined on a case by case basis.
**DROP SHIPPED ITEMS**
Please have your customer IMMEDIATELY notify you in the event of a damaged, incomplete shipment or return. Please DO NOT have customer return any items without first notifying your company for instructions. Contact Customer Service to obtain return authorization or damage claim.
**AUTOGRAPH TICKETS FOR SHOWS**
Please note there are NO REFUNDS for autograph tickets. If you are unsure if you can attend the event please wait and purchase tickets at the show. Unfortunately we can not guaraentee tickets will be available the day of the show due to a limited amount of tickets per player. Please adhere to the following guidelines regarding "Will Call" Tickets.
“Will Call” Pick Up Tickets at the Show
Tickets purchased for athletes provided by Players Ink over the internet or by phone will be picked up at Players Ink Autograph Pavilion.
You should allow yourself a two (2) hour minimum to pick up your tickets. We suggest arriving as early as possible to pick up your tickets.
You MUST bring the information below in order to pick up your tickets from our Will Call Area:
- Valid Government issued Photo Identification matching the name and likeness in which you order the tickets.
- The ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED for paying for your tickets. Pay Pal orders do not need to produce their credit card used.
- If you are picking up tickets that are left under a different name other than yours-you must bring a notarized letter from the person whom the tickets were purchased by stating they authorize YOU to pick up their tickets.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR TICKETS PURCHASED AND NOT PICKED UP.
